Our Billing Support Team would be more than happy to assist you with changing your web hosting plan. All you need to do is submit a new ticket to the help desk, and make sure you include the following details.
- First/Last Name
- Primary Domain Name
- User Name
- Verification Information
Also make sure you include the type of hosting plan and the billing period you wish to be moved to. For example, if you are on a Starter hosting plan, and you want to move to a Basic hosting plan – let them know:
I would like to be upgraded to the 12 month Basic hosting plan.
This way they will know to bill you every 12 months, after the upgrade has been completed. You will also be prorated for any time you have left on your existing contract. That means, if you paid $100 for your hosting plan on day one, and you are only half way through your term, your extra $50 would go towards your new hosting plan – it is never lost. We give you full credit for any time still on the existing hosting plan.
